Upon arrival in London, please proceed to Foxhills Country Club & Resort for check-in. Your accommodation will be fully covered by Dell Technologies.

Shuttle Service from London St Pancras Station

If you take the recommended Eurostar train from Brussels Midi to London St Pancras (14:52 – 15:57 on October 22nd), a dedicated shuttle service will be arranged to transfer you directly to Foxhills Country Club & Resort.

Travel Requirements

A valid international passport and ESTA visa waiver are required for entry to the UK.

Recommended Travel

We suggest travelling by Eurostar train from Brussels Midi to London St Pancras on October 22nd (14:52 – 15:57); return journey recommended on October 23rd (19:34 – 22:35). Train tickets are at your own expense.

Please ensure you arrive at least 1.5 hours before departure at the Eurostar lounge in Brussels Midi for check-in and security procedures.
